When you begin something new it’s normal to struggle a bit, and feel insecure and like a fraud. Whether it’s a sport, a new job, a new skill, or taking on a new role in your life, at the beginning it’s common to feel unsure of yourself. However, as time goes on and you learn and grow into the role, most people begin to feel more confident and certain of your ability to do the new thing.
However, if you continue to feel anxious, insecure and doubt yourself after doing the new thing for months or even years, you might be experiencing Imposter Syndrome.
In today’s episode of Your Personal Power Pod, we talk about Imposter Syndrome. What it is, where it comes from and what you can do about it.
