When you wake up in the morning, what’s the first thing you tell yourself? Do you say, “this will be a great day”, or do you say, “my body hurts and today is going to be a pain”? Are you aware that you’re constantly talking to yourself? You might not always pay attention to it, but that little voice in your head continually runs, interpreting and defining all that’s happening around you. What’s important to know is that your inner dialogue determines how you feel and function, and how your day will go.
