Are you one of those people who is always rushing around trying to get everything done? Your focus is on doing what others expect and making sure things are always done right. If this is you, then you might get so caught up in celebrating the holidays, focusing on doing things for other people, and end-of-the-year stuff, that you don’t leave room to take care of yourself.
This might work for a while, but eventually your body and mind will rebel and you could end up feeling overwhelmed, overworked, stressed and physically and mentally exhausted.
