When you have so much going on that you’re struggling to cope with it all, or you’re dealing with a specific stressful situation, you might feel overwhelmed. Being overwhelmed can cause you to be flooded by thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that are difficult to manage.

Feeling overwhelmed is a normal response to everyday stressors.  Things like constant news, social media, phones always demanding your attention, general work and family challenges, etc. can cause overwhelm.  But when it becomes constant it can create problems.

In today’s episode we look at feeling overwhelmed, what causes it and what you can do to control it.
